Slightly stronger than Koenig Schwarz is the Chessbase native engine Turing, to
be found at http://www.spiegel.de/static/download/turing.zip

The third weakest Chessbase native engine is Bam Bam, to be found as a free
engine on Chessbase's download page, but it's much stronger than Koenig Schwarz
or Turing.

If I want a weak (but not necessarily stupid) engine, the best way I know of
handicapping an engine is to set a maximum search depth. This works particularly
well with Fritz 8.
