That is wrong. Ke2 is a forced win. This was first published in Chess Life
by GM Larry Evans I think. It's a well-known thing on ICC... it's called
"wild 7" and it is easy to play once you understand it... After Ke2 every
black move has a specific response and black ends up in zugwang... White
can lose, but he has to be stupid. It is much easier to draw, and the win is
a very fine line.
