For a dual processor system, Opteron is the fastest.

This of course doesn't take advantage of all the NUMA stuff you just put into
19.6.

It also doesn't take into account the factor of at least 3 price differential
between the two, or the fact that there isn't a whole lot of software written
for Itanium out there.
