All I know is that Chess Tiger for the Palm is pretty good.  I'm sure it plays
(at top level) around 2100 Elo.  The price is right, too, but I'd at least shell
out the $$ for a color display.  Besides, you can use the PDA for stuff other
than Chess Tiger!
