I would have to disagree... when the Athlon XP 2600+ (166/333fsb version) was coming out he incorrectly misreported it as 2133MHz instead of the 2083MHz which it is run. I even emailed him about it.. but.. of course he though I was crazy. I even told him to get 2133MHz with a 166MHz fsb would require a 12.8x multiplier. This does not and will not exist. Few days later the tech docs come out proving it is 2083MHz and he instantly changes the article from "Athlon XP 2600+ 2133MHz 333fsb released!!" to "Athlon XP 2600+ 2083MHz 333fsb released!!". My point being.. the only x86 chips with non-standard (standard being whole and half numbers, ie. 1.5x, 2.0, 2.5, 15.0, 13.5, etc) multipliers were some of the revised AMD K5 chips (PR133 and 166 for example). Every chip before and since used standard multipliers. This is a simple, widely known thing and if he doesn't know something like that IMHO he shouldn't be an editor in chief of a page such as that.
