In WinBoard 4.0 there is the parameter /mg n
where n is the number of games. Like this:
Winboard /cp /mg 10 /fcp=PGMa /scp=PGMb /tc 120 /mps 40 /inc -1 /debug

This will play 10 games between PGMa and PGMb with tournament time 40 moves in
120 miutes.

PS. The both programs has to be Winboard compliant, of cource...
