Subject: Migrating to new versions of learning engines...

When upgrading to new versions, is it best to carry forward the previous
learning files or let the new version start from scratch? Right now I'm starting
from scratch, figuring that if improvements have been made in engine strength,
there may be incorrect entries in the old file that could hamper the new engine.
In particular, I'm interested in Crafty, Ruffian (not 2.0) and Smarthink.
