Not so easy to cut out two weeks. The other course was on parallel/distributed computing, also with assignments and lab sessions. Neither is really conducive to "squashing". They are already squashed enough to fit into the shorter Summer term where classes are longer than normal (2:05 per class rather than 1:15 for normal semester 2-days-a-week classes).
