White can't claim a draw until he has made 50 non-pawn/non-capture moves, which means white's first opportunity to claim the draw will be at move 130. Black, however, plays a non-pawn move at move 80, so black's counter is already moving, and by move 130 when white plays a non-pawn/non-capture and claims the draw, black has already played 50 non-pawn/non-capture moves and the draw claim was correct.
