I don't think 5..Nd5 is playable but I think it's extremely complex.  You need
to look deep into quite a few lines but I think 6.Nxf7 wins.  I'd be interested
to know of any line that looks reasonable for Black.

It's impressive that Gothmog plays Nxf7!  Not many engines play this - CS Tal II
does but I thought it was the only one.
