Further thought suggested that it throws away too many tempi. If you look at the previous post of mine, I am now looking at two alternatives. One is the line with your move above, the other is Ne7 rather than Nb4. Both are known black defenses of course... I remember all the moves and alternatives quite clearly, I played them so often. Unfortunately, I don't remember which was better every time. :)
