Bob, Yes 9.Qe4 is an option but after 9... c6 10.a3 Na6 11.d4 Nac7 it seems to run out of steam for white. I'd still say that white has chances but I don't think they are as good as after 9.a3 The main line after 9.a3 Nxc2 10.Kd1 Nxa1 11.Nxd5 Kd6 12.d4 Be6 13.Re1 and white has an attack. Steve
