Get Shredder 7!!!

Hi, i've got a legal copy of Shredder 7 and i want to get Shredder 7.SE!!
mail me to xxxx.xxxx

=======================================================================

There was no question in my mind that his intent was to trade Shredder 7 for
Shredder 7SE engine. He had no interest in paying cash for Shredder 7SE and
made no attempt to hide his attempt at trading.

I personally do not find that the offer to buy or sell legitimate copies of
chess software to be against the charter, except if it was to involve a
commercial enterprise or person that is essentially acting as commercial entity.

Naturally, annoucements of new offerings , versions etc are always welcome ,
especially if they are not a hard sell , but posted in an informative manner.
However repeated postings, even if done in an informative manner may wear out
its welcome pretty quickly.

As with everything else in life, there is always a gray area that must be dealt
with on a case by case basis consdiering all the relevant information. We try
to follow the rule of common sense most often, although I'm sure we occasionally
do not always make the right decision - but we try to.
