That was it.  Thanks.  Years ago this was often lumped in with the Fried
Liver discussions.  But it really isn't.  IE an early d4 is part of several
known gambits, the Danish (1. e4 e5 2. d4.) the Goring (1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6
3. d4 exd4 4. c3 dxc3, etc.) and so forth.
