First, Eugene changed the egtb.cpp code to handle the new 6 piece files.  If
this is one of those (the second batch of 200+ gigs) then any program that has
not been released within the past month or two will not use them.  Crafty will,
as I tested the code for him before we made it public.  Others will follow
suit as new versions are released...

Be sure you don't try to combine the .0. .1. .2. ... files.  They have to
stay separate, or they go beyond 2 gigabytes and will never work. :)
