I am going to keep the "active history" like this:
1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Nf6 4. Ng5 d5 5. exd5 Nxd5 6. Nxf7 Kxf7
7. Qf3+ Ke6 8. Nc3 Ne7 {Nb4 a3 Nxc2+ Kd1 Nxa1} 9. d4 c6 10. dxe5 b5 {Qe8}
11. Bb3 Nf5 {Qe8} 12. ...
That leaves the unanswered alternatives I have mentioned visible. I may
have missed one or two of mine, and I did not consider anything other than
a3 for you after Nb4 although obviously Qe4 is a common answer if you want
to try that later, too).
