of course it is in publication and distribution. there are two american vendors stocking it already--for a change. usually this stuff doesn't show here until february when the old stock is sold finally out. i guess some vendors want to put their orders in before the dollars crashes further. also it(mega2004) includes all the analysis from this year's CBMs until CBM_96. Everyone got their 96 already; CBM_97 has been RTM'd even so there is even newer data not in there. I also don't think chessbase is infamous for anything. They have made a few mistakes and issued buggy stuff in the past, but given their fecundity it is not surprising to me that they have some problems, others do too. And unlike companies which have few products, it is not in their interest to presell something when that postpones a sale now of current goods which in turn funds the future product-- and also insures the compliance of distributors. I wish they would pre-sell Shredder_8; I'd like to know a release date.
