I am sure that this question has already been asked in this forum, but if so, I cannot find it with the search engine. I have problems in running Rebel 12 in Winboard, in fact it starts up fine, but when it should start playing it crashes. I use the Rebel12_cb executable (but Rebel12 does not work in Winboard either), my winboard.ini entry looks as follows: "Rebel12_cb w7 nolearn.eng" /fd="E:\Program Files\Lokasoft\ChessPartner5.3\engines\Rebel12" /firstProtocolVersion=1 ; /name="Rebel_CB 12" I tried both with WB protocol version 1 and 2. First Rebel complained about the "computer" string (invalid input) but also with /firstComputerString="" it crashes.
