Hello fellow counters! 28% done in three days, perhaps this problem can be solved withing 4-5 days?! Today saw two server updates that I hope have'nt caused any problems. Also some minor database editing was made to unclutter the statistics and make everything more easy to read. The statistics now order by calculated nodes instead of solved problems, a much correcter way, measuring the work performed instead of how lucky with the problem picking the computer is. This is also much fairer to the new participants who joined late and didn't have the luxury of completing small problems that was found two or three times in the database. Today saw quite some new participants most of the at the bottom of the list (they are two days behind the most of the others). You are all very welcome and needed. Among the top counters FredLouguet is on fourth place already, remarkable since he started today, adding several computers some with multiple cpu's he is heading for the top, tomorrow we will know if he can compete with Joost_Buijs. Tomorrow I'm hoping for a good days rest (for me, not the computers) I intend to do no updates, just see how it goes. I hope many more participants will join tomorrow, to really make a serious attempt on perft(12) we need many and faithful participants. /Regards Albert
