Subject: need help with crafty

trying to get better benchmarks, I have two cpu's and am trying to get both
working. my .craftyrc file is :

noise 100000
resign 4
time 40/90/sd/60
smpmt=2

but then I get:

EPD Kit revision date: 1996.04.21
found computer opening book file [./bookc.bin].
noise level set to 100000.
threshold set to 4 pawns.
40 moves/90 minutes primary time control
game/60 minutes secondary time control
ERROR "smpmt=2" is unknown rc-file option

what is the problem here? can anyone help?
