Over 30,000 moves and 28,000 positions have been entered so far and I would say on average there are about 5 positions per page that Genius evaluates as more than .70 or -.70. All the other positions are being added to the book. It will be awhile before I even get half through it but so far I have only found two misprints and considering the very few positions that Genius sees as .70 or greater advantage I would say NCO is about as reliable an opening book one could find anywhere. Certainly the openings already recorded are much more comprehensive than the book that comes with the program. I have mentioned before about all the misprints found in MCO 14 and while I certainly don't wish to put down that work it seems to me to be no contest as to which work is superior. It will be interesting to see if the NCO book I am compiling makes a difference in the play results of Genius 7 or hopefully Genius 8 by the time it is finished.
