This sounds like absolute crap to me. It is easy for me to say since I'm not the one being threatened, but lawyers don't get involved when there isn't any money on the line. I would ignore it completely or I would have him send you an actual letter and if it came on printed paper from a law firm I might take it more seriously. Legal action over some message on a computer chess forum just sounds too crazy to be true. Good luck and sorry to hear about this. -Marcus
