Chessmaster 9000, SKR personality, chooses Ra4 in less than one second, and
never gives it up. After about two minutes on a P4-2.4, the score is +0.18 for
White. If I force Re3, the score is instantly in the +0.4 range, and is +0.82
after about two minutes.

So, I don't think that, with this engine and this personality, there is the
danger of choosing Re3 at any time control.
