Subject: Swiss Tourney rounds calculator

I've written a little utility to calculate the number of roounds in Swiss system
tournaments. It will compute the number of rounds so as to optimize the accuracy
for the best 1-9 finishers and worst 1-9 finishers. If anyone would like this
small program, just send me an email at the address at the top of this post.
