ChessMaster 6000 finds the move in 5 seconds, then calculates a few variations until 4:18, when it plays the move. This was on a 40 moves in 120 min. time control. On a time control on 10 min.s a game, it finds the move in 2 seconds and plays it in 13 seconds.
