I've already sent you a request e-mail for the utility.
Can you please explain what do you mean by:
"It will compute the number of rounds so as to optimize the accuracy
for the best 1-9 finishers and worst 1-9 finishers".
 I mean what equations or procedures did you use, for calculating the
desirable number of rounds?
