Going from P200 to P500 might be around 3x pickup in the programs - or roughly 75 points in ELO. So if you assume one of these old programs is rated 2400 on a P200, it might be a 2475 on P3 500. A 2300 player should notice a difference , a 1700 player most likely will not.
