LOL that was my first thought too. There is no way anyone except the poster, can
be held liable for slander for anything posted on this board. That said, if
there is a court order granted, the owner of the board can be obliged to remove
the offending post, but only then. Further, damages can only be claimed if the
offending post is not removed after a court order.

Funny thing is, this will only be valid if the owner and the court are in the
same country. This will not be the case if the UN (which should be disbanded but
that's just my point of view) takes over the internet. (I think AL Gore will be
annoyed if that happens LOL)
