Learn how to use the F12 key. It is very nice. When you first turn Fritz on, the last game you were examining may be displayed. Depressing F12 gets you to a database. Once you have a database displayed, you can then go to the File menu and select "open database." This assumes, of course, that you have databases already on your computer. If you do, then select the database you want to work with. In other words, select the database containing the games you wish to analyze. Next, you must SELECT the specific games to be analyzed. Next, under the Tools manu, select analysis: Full analysis. Next, the analysis options window will open and you may select options. Finally, click the OK button in the analysis options window. Analysis is best done overnight or other times when you are not using the computer since the chess engine HOGS the processor. Hope this helps. Bob D.
