I thought that the Niggemann page is an advertisment for  Ruffian and members of
the ruffian team did the error.

When I read only positive things about a program then it seems to me like an
advertisment for the program and after paying attention to the rating that is
the only negative thing it seems like an error.

If the Niggemann page gives 2600 ssdf rating to chess tiger15 then it is better
simply to ignore that page.
