which you can't proof either because there are maybe 250 known engines, but we
do not know how many engines are not known... :) Anyway you can say still that
Genesis is one of the strongest programs in the world - as long you do not say
anything like top 10, top 100 or top 1000 :) That's why world championships,
CCTs, SSDF-List etc. are so important because they give you something you can
advertise with - e.g. to say that a predecessor of current Ruffian is the
highest rated winboard engine at current SSDF list is fully correct.
He can also say that in his last tourney Ruffian did win and get a higher rating
then Shredder... That can be fully proofed.

But to be strongest or best is not to verify and not to proof finally. So I am
very sure that it can't be advertised that way.
