I've seen a number of postings through the years criticizing Chessbase's support, so I think it's only fair to highlight the opposite case as well. A week or so ago I posted a warning about a problem I was having with the latest update to CB8. One of the Chessbase support people saw the post and contacted me. I forwarded the details to him and he quickly determined the cause of the problem and fixed it. This was excellent support! Paul
