  Wrong != false.
  An opinion can be right or wrong, and it is expressed as "I think... my
opinion is... I believe...".
  A statement is true or false. Frank made an statement (Ruffian is the
strongest...).
  Frank's advertisment is either true or false. If proven false (when Ruffian is
out and well tested) it's possible to sue Frank and succeed. Lying in
advertisments is illegal, at least in Spain.
  I won't buy Ruffian, so I don't care at all, but if I was to buy Ruffian, I'd
be ready to sue Frank if he's lying.
