I agree Frank. I felt that your statements were not right and thus I reacted, maybe a bit too strongly but such is my nature. I do not feel that the way you are advertising Ruffian 2.0 is right or even legal, and several people pointed this out to you as well, but whether you take up the advice is up to you. I have *no* intent of making life difficult for you or for your new company and certainly not for Mr. Valfridsson, which is why I preferred having a (even if somewhat heated) discussion here rather than via registered letters.
