Dieses Projekt habe ich nicht an einem Tag organisiert sondern über einen längeren Zeitraum. Ich bin zwar kein Anwalt aber ich habe selbst eine umfangreiche Rechtsausbildung bei meinem ersten erlernten Beruf erhalten. Die Dinge von denen Du spricht sind mir bekannt und wenn ich dennoch solche Sachen schreibe sollte Dir eigentlich klar sein, dass ich hierfür meine Gründe habe. Hätte ich nur einen Anhaltspunkt das mein Text nicht richtig ist, hätte ich das niemals geschrieben sondern die anderen beiden Formulierungen bevorzugt. Alleine das sollte Grund genug für Dich sein zu sehen, dass ich mir serwohl Gedanken über die Formulierungen gemacht habe. Was nicht heißen soll, dass ich den Text nicht geändert hätte wenn andere Firmen ein Problem mit dem Text haben, zumal es mir fern liegt Jemanden selbst zu schaden ... ganz im Gegenteil! Das Handbuch liegt lange genug auf meinen Webseiten und es kam bis gestern kein Einwand ersichtlich. Am Tag der Auslieferung der CDs startet diese Diskussion. Du kannst Dir sicherlich vorstellen, dass dies für mich nicht gerade angenehm ist und ich wundere mich über Deine vielen Beiträge zu diesem Thema auch wenn Du es gut meinst hätte doch eine E-Mail oder ein Beitrag gereicht?! Stelle die Frage mal in den Raum! I wish me more commercial programs as WinBoard compatible engines. I go the same way (WinBoard Edition) and try to give the customers a project for every GUI which supported Winboard or UCI protocol.
