This is not a question of English but simply of bad reflection of the case and
its factors. Your logic is ok as you can't write other information as you have!
But not all the information you _have_ can be written on the PR text or the box
of your product. I thought that this is a trivial fact. You argue as if it were
the responsibility of your business partners to prove you wrong with your test
results. But as others already said, your own results can't hold the water you
want to imply. And that is your problem in case of court cases. Then you can
only claim innocence because of your lack of statistical knowledge. But that is
only to prevent _higher_ punishments, the case is lost in any case and you must
pay. Not that anybody here would want to sue you at this stage of your project.
But if you have success, and that is a wish from all here, then this idea of
involving lawyers could be reanimated.

Your basic problem, yes, is that you are _still_ too honest. All you have to do
is finding a good result, and there are enough, and then saying that there
Ruffian was the best on place one. By all means you must find such a first
place. Nothing has changed indeed, but juridically you are aus dem Schneider.
So, you don't reflect anylonger what good results your partners have with their
programs, it is also not the question if you are really stronger than them, but
the only topic that should interest you is where Ruffian got number one places.
Wch or the SSDF are always a good address for the average chessplayer. I'm
sorry, but Leiden etc pp is not so famous outside the core of some experts. So,
where is Ruffian otherwise the best on place one? A feature? Speed? Its style?
Just ask your creative doctors... But forget about the usual style in forum
debates - there of course you can win many debates with basically weak
arguments. But in business you can't rely on such things. You can't even trust
your first lawyer. Perhaps he's uninformed and another one is way better.

In case you dont obey, I will condemn you to three orange cards with a timely
red card over the weekend and a star for inexperience for the next decade. I
will stop all testing and other spare time hobbies and I will concentrate myself
on -- [sorry, but here my keyboard had an accident and I couldn't make progress
in this fundamental message!]

I hope that the sentence with the cards came through. Orange! 1x Red!

Moderators please read again and oops, I forgot to set the icon :)
Hope this helps. Just ignore the thousands of complaints. Please ask me if you
can't understand my _German_ text!!
