I was just guessing.  If you have real dates, they should be used...

Since I lost all those old files years ago, I also lost the timestamps that
would indicate when they were released.  I have no idea, other than for a
few things like the Jakarta version since I know when the WMCCC in Jakarta
was held, and the Paris WMCCC for the same reason.
