Any of them except Shredder 7.04, which gives the worst analysis I've ever
encountered since I started using chess software almost 20 years ago. It is
absurd, and there must be a bug. Only the first move can be trusted, nothing
beyond that.

Occasionally, as a rare exception, Shredder 7.04 will give a 100% reasonable
line of analysis. But usually it gives away its queen, overlooks checkmate, etc
in the analysis. But obviously that doesn't hurt its playing strength, which
only requires it to select the best move.
