It's in the name, really.
WCCC means World Computer Chess Championship

It is _not_ called WCCWHAC:
World Computer Chess With Human Assistance Championship.

Nice rant, it must have been a sweatbreaking exercise to come
up with all those "highly convincing" adjectives. :)
