I think this might be a knowledge problem, meaning that it will be more easily solved if a program understands that KRB vs KR(P*) is a draw at best for the bishop. Mine doesn't have any problem with this, even without tables, because it has this knowledge. It shouldn't take five minutes. If I force 1. ... Rxa6 I get a draw score back in a few seconds. Does Genius understand that position? I think this test is very meaningful. bruce
