Doesn't everyone want their chess programs to be used at its strongest settings, and shoudn't those settings apply for each and every chess program as long as they all run with equal hardware? If not, how can one choose the settings that will make his program aperate at its greatest strength? I would appreciate someone's help as I am trying to write a paper for a high school science class on the subject of artificial intelligence.
