If Gari Kasparov is scared to play 1.Pe4 then the simplest solution is 1) eliminate drug testing in Chess. 2) give him tons of Prozac and let him work for a living. Changing the rules of Chess is ignoring the problem, not answering it. Kasparov is not the Champion of a game with a different ruleset. When the World's strongest player makes a concession befrore the game begins, it proves the event is trivial.
