Most people usually disable java, but not javascript. Most people disable
javascript for the reasons for pop-ups. There are many good applications around
that stop them, or even Mozilla browsers that have the feature built in. I
stopped using IE for my browsing needs long ago. Mozilla is the future of
browser design.

I will put up an alternate page for users that require this.
