But ICGA official defender Darse Billings argues like this. Jaap vd Herik was
the TD and the TD has the final say after the rules. So Jaap can say the
opposite of what should be said and Jaap is _still_ right with it.

You can only fully understand the arguments of Darse if you believe in religion
and the infinity of the endless quality of God. Now set 'Jaap' for 'God' and you
are very close to it. Do you now understand?

I dont see how people could think bad about Jaap and his ICGA with David Levy as
its President. Didn't you know that David is a close friend of Frederic? So how
can you doubt that this was all kosher when they tried to support the commercial
chances of Shredder? Please dont become guilty of any kind of blasphemy! Thanks.
