I do not understand your question (what an other product)

I know only one dealer in Switzerland but he sells
exclusively ChessBase products. Therefore no chance
to get Ruffian 2.0.0 from him.

I do no claim that costs for shipping are too high
or not justified: it's all correct I think. It is
merely my opinion and my decision that I am not prepared
to buy any products where shipping costs or other fees are
25 % of the selling price of the given product. It's just
a pity that I am living in Switzerland.

No problem with that Frank, I fully understand you.
But it would have been nice.

In this respect I can't agree with you. I take it for granted
that too many people are not that honest you think and therefore
I would never sell a software product without copy protection. And
just to insert the CD-ROM from time to time does not bother me.

If I have the choice: I prefer to get software via download in the
the Internet, payment with credit card instead of waiting days or
    even weeks for the software.

You know I have Arena 1.0 and Ruffian 1.0.5 installed for free.
Indeed a fantastic GUI with very strong chess programs. Many thanks
    to you, Per-Ola and Martin.
