Nothing significant.  IE we are talking about one subtract operation here
and there.  But it would be simpler, and make the FirstOne()/LastOne()
stuff a bit cleaner.  I may do this when I eventually go to version 20,
the reason I have not done so yet is that it would require a new book
since the square numbers would change.  I have an enumerated type to make
it somewhat easier than it might be, but it would still wreck the existing
binary book files, and I plan on re-doing the book to make it portable
from big-endian to little-endian at the same time...
