This is how several engines evaluate this drawish position:

[d]8/3k4/8/8/8/8/B1B1B1B1/1B1B1B1K w - -

(Funny enough, the GUI declares insufficient material)

Shredder 7.04 : +28.00
Junior 8      : +30.00
Hiarcs 9      : seems to freeze, but it gives about +21.00 with ONLY 3 BISHOPS
Fritz 8       : +24.00

Taking a bishop as +3.00 exactly, it should give a material advantage of +21.00,
and there should be some bonusses for having extra pieces, extra control, extra
mobility.... etc

I think that Fritz does some kind of correction just in case a situation with
two bishops of the same color takes place, but its programmer didn't bother
adding extra code to amuse people who like these improbable silly positions.
