I am sorry but i do not follow PC Chess programs and so i do not know the people
who program them
David Levy is one of the fore fathers of commercial chess programs
having written no less then 11 books on the subject(all of which i own)
in addition he programmed the 1981 world champion chess computer..the Scisys
Mark V
he was also the president of the ICCA for many years
and sadly the LEAST favorable item on his resume would be he was the brother-in
law of  GM Raymond Keene(Great Britan)
