Your assumption is correct: CM9_Blitz is weaker at
longer time controls than CM9_SKR. We haven't find
an overall CM9-setting that plays well under all
conditions. Maybe the CM9_Gladiator of Sedat Canbaz
is an exception of this rule, but we have not yet tried.
