This clarifies a few things.  I thought the title was given to the program that
won (fairly) most games, not the program that played best, or people thought
should have won, or was given wins by its opponents......

BTW I was cheering for Steffan's program at the last WCCC; and was very
disappointed, emotionally, when it drew the last game due to a bug.

(BTW Which four titles did you win?).
